Bentley Global Aftersales Curriculum

Overview

We developed and delivered a global aftersales curriculum for Bentley, ensuring consistent and high-quality training for their aftersales teams worldwide.

Deliverables included:

  • Effective Service Communication - A programme looking at all forms of communication that Service Advisors get involved in. The programme was piloted in London and then Singapore. The success of this course has now led to it being rolled out to Parts Advisors too.

  • Advanced Service Course - Designed for the experienced Service Advisors, looking to progress into management. This programme provides an understanding of the Service Manager role, providing participants with enough knowledge to be able to take on some of their manager’s tasks.

  • Parts Advisor - A programme for experienced Parts Advisors to review their sales and parts management skills. The programme was piloted in the USA followed by a global roll-out.

  • Warranty Advisor - This programme is similar in status to the Parts Advisor programme.
